DataTrails Expands C-Suite With the Addition of Robert Desroches as CRO
New top-level hire follows the data provenance pioneer’s strong Q4 business momentum
SANTA CLARA, Calif., & CAMBRIDGE, England – Jan.18, 2024 – DataTrails Inc. today announced that it has expanded its executive team with the addition of Robert Desroches as its Chief Revenue Officer. In this new role, Desroches will lead the company’s go-to-market strategy, including working with partners, and leading its marketing initiatives.

Previously, Desroches served as CRO at Prime Trust, which provides API-based infrastructure via a SaaS-based recurring revenue model. There, he grew new logo sales from a $4-million annual contract value per year to $17 million in just 18 months, while transforming the company’s revenue profile from 90% transactional, non-recurring to subscription-based. Prior to that, he was Prime Trust’s chief customer officer and DocuSign’s Vice President of Partner Success.
