We take our customers’ security very seriously and do our best to ensure the protection of customer data a all times. That includes taking feedback and reports from researchers and security professionals if and when they discover potential issues with our products and services.

If you think you have discovered an issue please get in touch at security@datatrails.ai and we’ll work with you to rectify it. Please do not send any private or security-sensitive information in your first email: we will work with you to establish a preferred secure channel for discussion and disclosure.
